What an exciting time to be a Woodland Eagle! This is my sixth year as the proud principal of Woodland Elementary School! I have been in the education field since 1992 when I began my career as a kindergarten teacher in Jefferson County. I have taught most grades at the elementary level and spent two years at the Kentucky Department of Education before moving to Meadow View Elementary as the Assistant Principal.
I am married to my high school sweetheart, Ken, who is a national account manager for ADP. My son, Jake is 22 years old and attends the University of Louisville and my daughter, Alyssa, is 20 years old and attends St. Louis University. Our family enjoys traveling, sports and cheering on the University of Louisville Cardinals!
We have so much to celebrate at Woodland:
As you can see, we have great things happening at Woodland Elementary!
